As followers of Christ we all are called to ‘go and make disciples’. Not everyone can go to the mission field to take the Good News to those that have never heard. Some are called to work and be planted in the field. Others are called to ‘uproot’ and to be planted in another geographical location. If you are called, perhaps MRC would be a good place to set up your home base and support office to your mission calling.
Since 1958, hundreds of families have joined MRC (also known as Missionary Revival Crusade) with a like minded vision, passion and determination to go to places where they felt led by the Lord to continue the Great Commission. The MRC stateside office has served these partners in the mission field by being their support office, enabling them to receive donations and support from churches and individuals. We process and handle bank transactions of donations received. As a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization we seek to maintain compliance with different regulations concerning nonprofits.
In 2013, through MRC, there are over 40 families that are in different countries preaching the gospel and serving communities in a variety of expressions. From church planting to radio, to bible schools, to drug prevention and assistance programs that have yielded amazing fruit by helping people come to hear the Good News of the gospel and inviting them into the Kingdom of God.
Each MRC partner is responsible to raise its own funds. MRC is not a fundraising organization in the traditional sense. MRC will support and help along the way with your stateside affairs while you are overseas. Each MRC partner, with the Lords help and guidance, engages with individuals, families and churches to support the work they do. The MRC office is prepared and set up to be able to accept the financial support, process it and make it available to your bank so you can have access to the donated funds. There is a small administrative fee to cover office expenses.
